A side from producing regular printed matter and/or printer jobs, we have introduced new initiatives in the areas of law and accounting:
Reliable copying, printing, and scanning to PDF files.
Jobs handled with consideration!
An increasing number of customers among accounting companies, legal companies, and in the medical industry has introduced an increasing demand for copying and printing confidential material. Many such clients have been used to burning the midnight oil and fighting to finish a project because no one dared outsource such projects for security reasons, and because costs were prohibitive.
For this reason, we have chosen to establish "closed" areas in parts of our production area for printing. These areas are used for handling confidential projects or projects that need extra careful or meticulous handling for various reasons.
Projects may be carried out by security approved employees, and documentation will be prepared for the specific project to allow the customer to track those employees that have been involved.
The following are reasons why "important" projects would previously be handled in-house:
- What if my project lies around in a window by the supplier?
- How will I know how many prints/copies have been made and how many have been discarded?
- What happens to discarded prints?
- Who will work on the project?
- Can I trust the supplier?
We have eliminated any cause for such reservations, and we would happily discuss the handling of such projects with you. |
